Really nice, clean, chill space with great coffee, music, and vibes. The employees are super kind as well. I loved the way the cold brew was served; they gave a separate glass with spherical ice so that you can pour over the cold brew at your own pace without it getting diluted. Next time I want to check out the books on their book shelf :) I came with a friend and we were able to have a mellow convo.

I really enjoyed the coffee as you can see from the photo (empty cups). Great service, really well balanced creamy smooth coffee. Comfortable dinning area with music and books so you can take your time. Great stuff!

A very quiet place with a pleasant atmosphere. I was there on a hot day, and the cafe was chilly and refresing. I had a great time, took a break from the heat, and relaxed. The coffee and sandwich were delicious. I liked this place so much that I stayed a while just to enjoy it. It's located in a residential area, not far from Shinagawa Station.

Plenty of books and other oddities on the wall to keep you engaged in the atmosphere of the space. The latter was delicious, and the sandwich was high quality. They are producing some very good product in the small kitchen they have there. Definitely visit if you are in the area!

Really quality coffee. Great selection of pour over coffees. They also let you taste them prior to purchase. The waffle is super good too. Pretty quiet atmosphere but you're able to chat with someone else. Service is good as well. Highly recommend for a good cup of coffee.

NOG Coffee Roasters – A Hidden Loft of Calm in Shinagawa Tucked away in Kitashinagawa, just beyond the rush of Shinagawa Station, NOG Coffee Roasters feels like a quiet breath in the middle of the city. It’s not just a coffee stop — it’s the kind of space that softens your day. High ceilings, warm light, and slow jazz wrap around you as the scent of freshly ground beans drifts through the room. What makes NOG special: Lofty, minimal space — part living room, part design studio. A few soft chairs, clean lines, warm wood. It doesn’t try hard — it just feels right. Coffee with depth — their pour-overs are thoughtful and balanced. The espresso is smooth and never overdone. Each cup feels intentional. Sounds like calm — soft ambient playlists or vinyl spinning quietly in the background. Conversations stay low. Time slows down. Seasonal sweets — like the rich yet delicate cheesecake, or the unexpected anko-butter sandwich that hits sweet and savory notes in one bite. Work-friendly without the chaos — Wi-Fi, outlets, but still peaceful. A rare find in Tokyo. --- #NOGCoffeeTokyo #LoftCafeVibes #ShinagawaHiddenGem Pro tip: Come mid-morning, grab a drip and a pastry, and settle by the window. Let the city move around you while you stay still.

Awesome spot to grab a solid cup of coffee and comfort food. I stopped by to get some work done since the tables are wide, the room is spacious and there’s good Wi-Fi. While working, I enjoyed the sweets set which was 800 yen for a batch brewed coffee and a waffle sandwich, though I believe this deal is limited to certain hours depending in the day of the week. Saw people ordering drinks and food to go during the lunch hour since the surrounding area seems to have a lot of business offices. Overall a solid spot to get work done and will hopefully be back again if I’m in the area.

Very chill coffee place in almost nowhere, but nice service and very cozy place. Coffee was alright, snacks were alright. They offer free coffee if you get their beans too! Worth
